Dear Goessel Bluebird Families,
Below you'll find some summer resources to check out with your child/children! I hope you can take a few minutes to read through them, print and hang a few on the fridge to reference, and talk with your child about what simple reading and learning activities they’d like to try this summer.

Looking for yet another way to enjoy books together this summer? Watch and listen to books being read aloud by authors, celebrities, and regular ‘ol book lovers like you by going to YouTube and searching for the following channels:
Pick just a few of these activities that fit your family and interest your child. Check out the statistics I’ve included here about Summer Learning Loss (see picture); even short amounts of time spent together reading or doing educational activities can make a big difference and get your child off to a great start for next school year!
