The Strategic Planning Survey will is open through October 19, 2026. Feedback will help the district identify what is working well, where improvements are needed, and what priorities should guide USD 411 in the years ahead.

Students, USD 411 employees, parents and guardians, and community members are invited to participate.
The survey is one part of a broader strategic planning process. USD 411 is also forming a Strategic Planning Task Force made up of students, staff, families, business leaders, and community members. The group will review feedback, help create a shared vision, identify priorities, and develop goals for the district.
The Task Force will meet Monday, October 26, 2026, beginning at 6:00 PM. Dr. Shiloh Vincent, Executive Director of ESSDACK, will facilitate the strategic planning process.
Anyone interested in being more involved in the planning process, or needing assistance accessing the survey, is encouraged to contact the district.
The deadline to complete the survey is Monday, October 19, 2026.
