PAST EXHIBITS
Past exhibitors in the Emil Kym gallery are prestigious artists from around Kansas and across the nation. Jim Richardson, National Geographic photographer from Lindsborg, had an exhibit of large color photos. Other artists include Ernie and Mary Lou Goertzen of Oregon, printmaker Robert Regier, Professor Emeritus of Art, Bethel College, the weaving of Marilyn Grisham, Wichita, and a special exhibit of acrylic paintings from the inmates of the Hutchinson Correctional Facility.
One of the most prestigious exhibits was the Grand Opening in November, 1993, with the exhibit titled, "World Class," a collection of art works from Goessel art collectors. This included original and restrike prints, original paintings, and other works by world famous artists or international such as Rembrandt, Albrecht Durer, Francisco Goya, Edouard Manet, Maurice Utrillo, Birger Sandzen, Thomas Sully, and others.
