The 5th grade class was able to be a part of a unique learning experience on September 25 when they attended the Medicine Lodge Peace Treaty Pageant. Goessel, USD 411 will be awarded the Solar Voltaic Grant from Westar Energy we had applied for last year. This grant amounts to $73,000, will be 10 KW system, bringing in 40 panels to be installed on the ground at the GES, and will save between $100 to $200 a month in electricity.
