Art Happenings

Greetings! This year kicked off to a start with moving into the new Art room! The new art room is the old science room in the Junior High part of the building. Once we were settled in, we started on our creative journey. Here are some highlights:

High school classes learned how to use photoshop and adobe illustrator.
Students also did some more hands on learning with figure drawing and pumpkin carving!
7th Grade classes focused on ceramics in the fall semester, and now 6th grade classes are working on mostly 2D projects.
Photo Imaging started this spring semester and with that we are working to get into our new dark room.

The powerpoint of images show a wide variety of student work and students at work. More pictures to come as the semester goes on. Also, check out the panoramic views of my new classroom!

Claymation projects in Graphic Design

Printmaking in Art 1 and 2
