Bluebirds Open with Cougars

Goessel High football opens action on Friday, September 5 vs. the Centre Cougars in Lost Springs at 7:00 pm. The Centre FFA is sponsoring a tailgate before the game if anyone is interested. If you don't know how to get there, check out the maps section located at the main page on the far right. The Goessel Junior Varsity will be at home on September 8 at 6:00 pm vs. Centre.
Anyone wishing to purchase "HOG" tickets please see a football player. Tickets are $10 and you are entered to win a chance at a 300 lbs. hog processed and paid for by the GHS Football team. We wish to thank the Harold Stultz family for donating the HOG for the second year.
Goessel hosted its annual scrimmage last Friday with a great community turnout and fun for all involved. The team scrimmaged for about 45 minutes and finished by having snow cones and conversation with all in attendance. The night was a success and the team looks forward to the fast approaching season. Come out and support the Bluebirds!
