FCCLA Holds Parent-Member Banquet

The FCCLA Parent-Member Banquet was held on May 8 in the high school cafeteria. This annual event recognizes members and officers for their efforts and accomplishments during the past year.
After a delicious meal, the group viewed a power point presentation by Kristin Unruh titled "Year In Review". Three members were recognized for their participation in STAR Events this year: Aspen Frey and Sierra Dirksen for Focus on Children; and Kristin Unruh for Job Interview.
Adviser Ruth Goertzen recognized each member for their participation and also recognized officers for the good job that they did this year organizing events.
New officers for 2008-2009 were installed. They are President - Kristin Unruh; Vice President of Membership - Aspen Frey; Secretary - Sierra Dirksen; Vice President of Finance - Amy Brubaker; STUCO Representative - Rochelle Webb.
