3RD GRADERS FLIGHT INTO SPACE

May 9 was a good day to head into space, at the COSMOSPHERE, that is. The third graders spent a day in space on their field trip. Highlights were touring the museum, the planetarium, watching a movie at the IMAX, "To Fly" and visiting Dr. Goddard's lab.
The 13 third graders enjoyed putting themselves in astronaut shoes for a day, and experiencing flight simulations.
