Goessel High School has been named among the Best of the Best, according U. S. News and World Report. In a nationwide study involving over 18,000 high schools, Goessel High School was selected as a Bronze Medal finalist. Goessel High School was selected on the basis of their state assessment results, graduation rate and on scores that provide evidence that Goessel High School is “closing the achievement gap” for its disadvantaged students.
